Produced by Portal del Montsant, the grapes come from 4 estates planted with 60 to 80-year-old vineyards with different soil compositions and sun orientations.
The harvest was carried out manually, and the grapes were meticulously selected both on site and in the cellar.
After that, this white wine from Montsant was fermented and subsequently aged in 500-litre French oak barrels for 5 months
Drink Santbru Blanc 2014 until 2022. Decant 30 minutes before drinking.
The wine Santbru Blanc has a pale yellow colour with some greenish-grey tinges.
Deep, complex and ever-evolving, this wine by Portal del Montsant smells of pears, citrus and peaches, nuanced by aromas of almonds, spices, undergrowth and some mineral undertones. A remarkably expressive White Grenache.
Pleasant, intrincate and deep, with freshness and a crisp acidity. This oaked white wine from Montsant suggests some spicy and balsamic nuances, delicate hints of flowers, white mineral and aromatic herbs and well-defined notes of citrus and bone fruit. Long finish with a mineral twist.
