White Wine Santbru Blanc 2018
Availability: In stock
This varietal Spanish white wine from Montsant was produced from grapes coming from 4 different vineyards planted with 60 to 80-year-old vineyards with different soil compositions and sun orientations.
The harvest was carried out manually, and the grapes were meticulously selected both on site and in the cellar.
After that, Santbru Blanc 2018 was fermented and subsequently aged in 500-litre French oak barrels for 5 months
Pair this white wine from Montsant with pasta, white meat, rice or cheese.
The wine Santbru Blanc is pale yellow with some greenish-grey tinges.
Ever-evolving and quite expressive, this varietal White Grenache smells of pears, citrus and peaches, nuanced by aromas of almonds, spices, undergrowth and some mineral undertones.
Pleasant, intrincate and deep, with freshness and a crisp acidity. This white wine from Portal del Montsant suggests some spicy and balsamic nuances, delicate hints of flowers, white mineral and aromatic herbs and well-defined notes of citrus and bone fruit. Long finish with a mineral twist.
