Red Wine Sers Temple 2014
Availability: In stock
This interesting Spanish red wine is produced in the northern region of Somontano.
Produced by Bodegas Sers, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this red wine from Somontano was aged for 7 months in American oak barrels, and for a further 12 months in the bottle before its commercial release.
Drink Serts Temple 2014 until 2022. Decant the wine before drinking.
Production below 7,000 bottles.
The wine Sers Temple has an intense cherry colour with a garnet rim.
This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot is rather intense. Juicy aromas of plums and blackberries, enlivened by notes of spices and aromas of vanilla, liquorice, balsam and menthol.
Meaty and well-structured, this red wine by Bodega Sers has a smooth texture and a refreshing acidity. Ripe black fruit, notes of toast and undergrowth and remembrances of sweet spices. Sers Temple Fuerza 22 has some polished tannins and a long, delicately bitter finish.
|Our personal opinion||
From Somontano, Aragón, Sers Temple 2014 is the perfect companion for a platter of cured meat and cheese.
