Details
The character of Shaya Verdejo makes it stand out from other varietal Verdejo wines.
Produced in DO Rueda, this Spanish white wine is sourced from 70-year-old, low-yielding vineyards grown in sandy-clayey soils.
The bulk of this organic white wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Shaya was fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it was aged for 6 months. The rest of it was fermented in oak barrels and also aged for 6 months.
Finally, Shaya Verdejo 2022 was blended and bottled.
This varietal young white wine is fresh and fruit-driven. Pair with rice dishes, baked fish and creamy cheeses.
