Product Description

Son Negre 2010 is the flagship wine of Ànima Negra Viticultors, one of Majorca's top wineries.

This Spanish red wine from Majorca is made from an exquisite blend of 95% Callet, an indigenous grape with a real capacity for producing world-class wines, along with Manto Negro and Fogoneu.

All of those grapes come from old, low-yielding vines (500 grammes per plant) grown in some of Majorca's most idiosyncratic terroirs.

This impressive red wine of Ànima Negra Viticultors was vinified with the utmost care.

Fermented and macerated for over a period of 30 days, the wine was subsequently fermented in French oak barrels for a period of 20 months.

Son Negre 2010, a wine that is slowly reaching its peak, got a score of 94 points from Robert Parker.

Following Enterwine's policy, since we have not tasted this wine we will not supply its tasting note.
