Produced in DO Alella, Titiana de Can Matons Pinot Noir was previously known as Titiana Brut Rosé Pinot Noir.
Made solely from Pinot Noir, this Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from vineyards over 20 years old with soils of clay and sauló - a type of decomposed granite - located at a short distance from the Mediterranean, halfway between the villages of Tiana and Alella.
The grapes of this rosé Cava from Alella were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, Titiana de Can Matons Pinot Noir 2018 was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
