Made from vines overlooking the Mediterranean and planted in granitic soils - locally known as "Sauló" - this Cava Brut Rosé was traditionally crafted.
The grapes of this rosé Cava from Alella were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
After that, Titiana Brut Rosé Pinot Noir 2017 was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
The Cava Titiana Brut Rosé Pinot Noir is bright salmon with some orangeish glints.
This sparkler carries some lively aromas of wild berries, typical of Pinot Noir, alongside some notes of raspberries, white fruit (apples), remembrances of lees and a touch of smoke and herbs.
Moreish, gently tart and fruit-forward, with a salty touch that highlights some remembrances notes of pastry, citrus and aromatic herbs. Showing and excellent balance, this Cava from Parxet has a long, uplifting finish with a delicately bitter touch.
