Product Description
Details

Crafted by Bodegas Parxet, a respected Cava producer, Titiana Vintage is a Spanish sparkling wine made solely from Pansa Blanca.

It is produced in the coastal region of Alella, Catalonia's tiniest Designation of Origin, located within a stone throw from Barcelona.

Interestingly, the Pansa Blanca vineyards are grown in the sandy soils typical of the region, locally known as "Sauló".

After a meticulous harvest carried out in little boxes, this Cava by Bodega Titiana - Grupo Parxet was traditionally vinified.

Then Titiana Vintage was aged for a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.

Appearance

This Cava Brut Nature has a pale yellowish-gold colored body with green reflections. Titiana Vintage is bright, with lively bubbles.

Nose

The nose of this wine is defined by the creamy aromas typical of Mediterranean Pansa Blanca. Lactic nuances, hints of English custard, French patisserie and churned butter. In addition, there are toasted notes along with ripe white fruit. Titiana by Parxet has a complex and expressive nose.

Palate

This varietal Pansa Blanca sparkling wine has a very pleasant entry onto the palate, lively and yummy. Toasted nuances, dry fruit, a hint of aromatic herbs, a touch of citrus and, again, a creamy-buttery layer. Smooth-textured, this Cava from Alella has a long, creamy finish.

Our personal opinion

Elegant and well-structured, Titiana Vintage is an ideal choice for a special occasion.
