Product Description

Produced by Bodegas TobíaTobía Graciano Viñedos de altura is a varietal Spanish red wine made solely from Graciano, an indigenous grape from La Rioja.

The grapes were sourced from vineyards with soils of limestone and gravel, located over 600 metres above sea level.

The grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed and cold-macerated for 3 days in stainless steel tanks. This red wine from La Rioja was fermented under controlled temperature, and then it was transferred into Hungarian oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 9 months. To preserve its varietal qualities, Tobía Graciano Viñedos de Altura 2016 was not filtered prior to its bottling.

We suggest that you decant this Crianza red wine half an hour before drinking.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The red wine Tobía Graciano Viñedos de Altura is bright garnet with a violet rim.

Very expressive, this varietal Graciano suggests some aromas of black currants, cranberries and cassis, alongside notes of black chocolate, clove, pepper and menthol. Slight hints of vanilla, cinnamon and flowers, ending with some mineral overtones.

This red wine of Bodega Tobía has a remarkable acidity, good grip and a great freshness. Notes of ripe black fruit, some lilac remembrances, sweet spices such as clove and cinnamon and a long finish with mint chocolate, After-Eight remembrances.

Gracias graciano
Despite I was a bit reticent at first, this wine finally won me over. Edgy, crisp, fresh and not fruit-oriented. Original. More Graciano please.
