Rosé wine Tombú 2018
Availability: In stock
The 20-year-old vineyards are located at 850 meters above sea level and planted in clayey-limestone soils peppered with pebbles.
Harvested by hand and transported to the Dominio Dos Tares facilities in small boxes, the vinification began with the grapes being destemmed and smoothly pressed - but not macerated with the skins.
Then they completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Finally, this rosé wine made from Prieto Picudo was aged for 6 months on its lees.
Drink Tombú 2018 over the next 12 months.
The rosé wine Tombú has a bright raspberry colour with delicate violet tinges.
This rosé wine from Prieto Picudo smells of strawberries and raspberries, combined with vegetable notes along a lactic background that is also slightly citric.
The wine has a refreshing palate, with dim tannins that are presented along a delicate background that is slightly bitter. This rosé wine by Dominio DosTares has a medium-long aftertaste that leaves remembrances of fresh ripe strawberry marmalades and some citrus notes.
|Our personal opinion||
The wine Tombú 2018 is a fresh and well-structured Spanish rosé wine that pairs nicely with pizza, vegetables and finger food. A good summer wine.
