The Torelló winery produces Torelló Brut Nature Gran Reserva from vines over 40 years of age.
They are planted in Finca Can Martí, a 135-hectare estate which belongs to the family since 1935. This is the first vintage produced under the Corpinnat label.
Then this Corpinnat sparkler was fermented, bottled and added yeasts to induce secondary fermentation. Once the process was completed, Torelló Brut Nature 2013 was aged for a minimum of 50 months in the cellar. No shipping liquor was added after the disgorgement.
The sparkling wine Torelló Brut Nature has a pale, bright yellow colour with some grey tinges.
This expressive Torelló Tradicional Brut Nature smells of dry fruit, herbs and flowers, precise and well defined. There is also a surprising salty remembrance.
Pleasant and fresh, this Brut Nature of Torelló has some creamy, smooth bubbles and crisp acidity. Fresh notes of ripe white fruit, Mediterranean herbs, dry fruit, and flowers. Long, delicately bitter finish.
