The fancily packaged Torelló Brut Special Edition of bodega Torelló is a Corpinnat sparkling wine from Penedès made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Serigraphied around the bottle, a series of images explain the history of the winery and its relantionship with the city of Barcelona.
Appropriately, this Spanish sparkling wine is produced from grapes coming exclusively from finca Can Martí, a estate located in Gelida, at a distance of 33 km from Barcelona.
Picked by hand, the grapes were gently pressed and meticulously vinified. Once both fermentations were completed, Torelló Brut Special Edition was blended and aged for 36 months.
This versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine will pair well with all sorts of food.
