Hand-harvested, the two varieties were gently pressed and vinified together. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts
After that, Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé 2019 was bottled. After completing secondary fermentation, it was aged for 18 months minimum before the disgorgement.
This subtle Corpinnat sparkling wine will pair excellently with pasta recipes, sushi, Oriental cuisine and Moroccan dishes.
The sparkling wine Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé is pale salmon with some golden tinges.
Fresh and fragrant, this blend of Macabeo and Pinot Noir is packed with red fruit, namely strawberries and raspberries, with dim remembrances of citrus and herbs.
Dry, crisp and well-defined, this rosé of Bodegas Torelló has an excellent acidity and some lively bubbles. Long finish, with an aftertaste of strawberries and fine lees.

Pleasant and moreish. Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé 2019 goes great with pasta, sushi and fruit cake desserts.
