The grapes were picked by hand at dusk. Once in the cellar, they were destemmed and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20-25 days.
After that, Tridente Tempranillo 2017 from Bodegas Tritón was transferred into French oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for a period of 15 months.

The red wine Tridente Tempranillo has a clean, high, cherry-coloured robe with a garnet rim.
Deep and well-defined, this old-vines Tempranillo suggests aromas of blackberries and boysenberries, with some smoky notes, hints of balsam and liquorice, a dash of spices and some notions of dry earth.
A bold and powerful red wine from Castilla y León, with a substantial body and a smooth texture. Lively notes of black fruit and spices, gently sweet, enlivened by an extraordinary acidity. This red wine of Bodegas Tritón has a long, elegant finish reminiscent of cocoa, pepper and vanilla.
