The flagship Cava of the Can Tutusaus winery, Tutuasus Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a Spanish sparkling wine produced in Penedès.
It is made from a blend of certified organic grapes of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada, complemented by a tiny amount of Chardonnay.
Produced following the traditional Champenoise method, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations Tutusaus Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2015 was aged for 36 months in the cellar.

Nose | This organic Cava conveys aromas of ripe white fruit, honey and pastry, typical of Chardonnay, combined with aromas of aromatic herbs, fennel, subtle toasted nuances and some mineral remembrances. |
Palate | Fresh and pleasant, this Brut Nature Gran Reserva has a creamy, elegant body with perfectly integrated bubbles, showing notes of ripe white fruit, dry fruit, white flowers and aromatic herbs. Linear and elegant, this Tutusaus sparkling wine has a well-balanced acidity and a long, complex finish. |
