Product Description

This is the new vintage of Viladellops Garnatxa, a young organic Spanish red wine produced in the Garraf Massif, an area belonging to the Penedès DO.

The wine is a varietal Grenache made from old and young vines grown in plots overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. A terroir defined by its distinctively mineral, calcareous soils and the influence of the sea breeze.

Harvested by hand and vinified in steel tanks, the grapes were blended and then kept in the tanks on its lees until its bottling.

Finally, Viladellops Garnatxa 2017, produced by Finca Viladellops, was clarified and stabilized.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The wine Viladellops Garnatxa has a medium garnet-coloured robe with a violet rim.

This organic red wine from Penedès suggests some juicy aromas of red berries, typical of a varietal Grenache, nuanced by subtle vegetal notes and dim mineral, flintstone-like remembrances.

This organic red wine by Finca Viladellops is fresh and vivid, with a medium body, lively tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Long, delicately mineral finish.

This is crunchy and mineral, the red fruit being underscored by a note of white, limestone, flintstone-like minerality. A bargain.
