Product Description

This classic Spanish red wine from La Rioja is produced by the López de Heredia winery.

From a vintage qualified as "Very Good" by the Rioja Regulatory Council, Viña Bosconia Reserva was crafted from Tempranillo and Grenache grapes with a small percentage of Graciano and Mazuelo.

After a meticulous harvest, the wine was traditionally vinified and aged for 5 years in barrels with two manual rackings.

Then Viña Bosconia Reserva 2007 was clarified with fresh egg whites, bottled, and aged in the cellar for a further 5 years before its release.

Production of 70,000 bottles.

Gently decant this reserve red wine from Rioja a minimum of 30 minutes before drinking.

Drink through 2030.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The red wine Viña Bosconia reserva has an intense, ruby red colour with tile coloured edges.

Nose Jubilant ripe fruit, accompanied by floral notes, lavender and withered leaves. After a while, this reserve red wine from the López de Heredia winery suggests many spicy aromas (vanilla, cinnamon clove) alongside leather, coffee, and tobacco over a deep balsamic background.

Flavorful and elegant, this classic Rioja blend from Viña Tondonia has a nimble body and a classy, silky touch. The entry is mouth-filling. Overall, the palate is well-balanced and fresh, with nicely polished tannins. The final is deep and persistent.
