Red Wine Viña Cubillo Crianza 2011
Availability: In stock
Despite being aged for more than 3 years in wooden vats, Viña Cubillo is the entry-level wine of the legendary winery Bodegas López Heredia – Viña Tondonia
From a vintage qualified as "Excellent" by the DOCa Rioja Regulatory Council, this Spanish red wine is made from 65% Tempranillo, 25% Grenache and tiny amounts of Mazuelo and Graciano.
Harvested was carried out gradually, according to the ripeness level of each plot. Once in the cellar, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, Viña Cubillo Crianza 2011 was aged for 3 to 4 years in wooden vats with two yearly rackings.
Bottled in April 2018, this Crianza red wine was further aged for 24 months in the bottle.
Decant 30 minutes before drinking.
