Details
This excellently priced Spanish red wine is made from vines planted between 1988 and 1989 in Pago El Ariño, a vineyard at 500 metres of altitude.
A varietal Merlot, Viñas del Vero Colección Merlot is produced in DO Somontano, a region located in the province of Aragón, in northern Spain
Produced by Viñas del Vero, the grapes were meticulously harvested. Then this red wine from Somontano was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then Viñas del Vero Colección Merlot 2020 completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was clarified and gently filtered before being bottled.
