Product Description

Made from vineyards belonging to the Jumilla DOVivir sin Dormir is an organic Spanish red wine made solely from Monastrell.

The vineyards are over 30 years of age and are planted at an altitude over 650 metres above sea level.

Soils are very poor, and composed mainly of clay. Climate is Mediterranean, with high temperature differences between daytime and nighttime.

After the harvest, the organically farmed grapes were macerated and fermented in steel tanks.

Finally, Vivir sin Dormir 2018 from Bodegas Arraez was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
