Portal del Montsant

Bodega Portal del Montsant produces terroir-driven wines from meticulously selected grapes.

Founded by Ramón Raventós in 2003, Bodega Portal del Montsant is based in the old wine cooperative building in Falset, the capital of the Montsant region.

The wines from Portal del Montsant are made from little plots planted with the traditional varieties Grenache and Carignan. The winery takes care of the vines through organic techniques. The white wines of the Portal del Montsant winery are also produced from native varieties. Despite being a relatively young company, its elegant and honest wines are among the most interesting and reliable in the DO Montsant.
