The grapes of this Spanish red wine from the Somontano region were vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Destemmed and gently crushed, they were cold-soaked and subsequently fermented.
The Tempranillo based red wine Enate Tapas 2017 was clarified and stabilized before being bottled in March 2018.
A young red wine from Somontano which shows its cheerful character in the graffiti strip drawn in the label.
The red wine Enate Tapas has a bright, attractive red colour with a violet rim.
|Nose||This Spanish red wine from Somontano is very fresh on the nose, with notes of cherries, strawberries and blackberries, along with some notes of strawberry milkshake, flowers and liquorice.|
Light and smooth, Enate Tapas by the Enate winery is full of fresh fruit with combined with some touches of liquorice, candies and herbs. Good acidity and pleasant, medium-long finish. Very satisfactory.
|Our personal opinion||
Quite unexpectedly, Enate Tapas 2017 pairs very well with appetizers and tapas. It is also a great barbecue wine.
