The grapes come from Masia Carreras, an estate planted with old vines grown in high-acid, slate soils which have low levels of organic matter and are constantly swept by a harsh northern wind called Tramuntana.
Meticulously harvested and traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks, this white wine from L'Empordà was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Some smokey notions, a remembrance of withered vegetables, some mineral undertones and remembrances of honey, citrus and royal jelly. This wine from L'Empordà has a great structure and long, persistent finish.
