The single varietal Gran Codorníu Vintage Pinot Noir is made from some of the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards in Spain.
Produced by Bodegas Codorniu, after harvest the grapes were macerated for about 4 hours with their skins.
Then this Pinot Noir rosé wine was vinified, and then bottled to complete secondary fermentation.
After that, this Spanish sparkling wine was aged in the cellar for a minimum of 12 months.
An elegant rosé Cava, you should drink Gran Codorníu Vintage Pinot Noir 2015 until 2020.
The Cava Gran Codorníu Vintage Pinot Noir has a clean, bright rosy colour with some steely tinges.
This Pinot Noir Cava carries some evocative aromas of red berries, citrus peel, aromatic herbs, blue flowers, and dim mineral undertones.
Creamy and well-balanced, this rosé Cava from Codorníu has some tiny, caressing bubbles, and an elegant passage through the palate. Red fruit, aromatic herbs and some floral remembrances. Medium, pleasant finish.
