A premium Cava, Gran Juvé y Camps Gran Reserva Brut is made from vines planted in three estates located near Espiells, in the heart of Penedès.
The vines grow in a pure Mediterranean terroir composed of clayey-limestone soils. The three estates are located at an altitude under 245 metres above sea level, protected from the cold, northern winds by the Montserrat mountains.
This Spanish sparkling wine crafted by Juvé y Camps was meticulously vinified following the traditional method. After the completion of secondary fermentation, this Gran Reserva Brut was aged for a minimum of 42 months.

The Cava Gran Juvé & Camps Gran Reserva Brut has a pale golden colour with steely tinges.
Complex stuff. Fresh notes of flowers, hints of white fruit, some well-integrated wooden remembrances and notions of pastry, dry fruit and honey. The elegance of Gran Juvé Brut is remarkable.
Intense and creamy, but not in the least heavy. The wine coats the palate with notes of puff pastry, cooked white and yellow fruit, custard sauce, some toasted notes and a remembrance of citrus. This Cava from Juvé y Camps has some tiny bubbles, very good acidity and a long, delicate finish.
