After a traditional vinification the wine was aged in the cellar for several years.
Henri Abelé Limited Edition Millesime 2008 comes in an exclusive white bottle decorated with "Toile de Jouy" motifs, a traditional French craftwork of printed calico dating from the XVIIIth century.
Production of only 5,000 bottles.
Straw yellow colour with some steely tinges.
Suggestive notes of yellow and white fruit, surprising hints of ginger and exotic spices, and suggestions of honey, liquorice, citrus, orange rind and pastry.
Creamy, fresh and silky, with smooth bubbles and an irresistible flowery touch. Again, spices, citrus, some buttery notes and dry fruit. Long, pleasant finish.
