After a traditional vinfication, Jané Ventura 1914 Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2007 was bottled in February 2008 to complete secondary fermentation. Finally, the wine was aged for 60 months in the cellar before its release.
At 10 years of age, this Cava from Penedès is drinking wonderfully.

The Cava Jané Ventura 1914 has a bright pale yellow colour with some golden tinges.
This Brut Nature Gran Reserva is complex, nuanced and savoury. Remembrances of candied white fruit, lemon rind, quince jelly and aromatic herbs, combined with a touches of raw almonds, white chocolate and puff pastry.
A substantal wine, nicely balanced and very elegant. Smooth-textured, this Cava by Jané Ventura is crisp and linear, with delicate bubbles, a rock-solid acidity and some bitter nuances. Very long, lively finish that brings back the aromas described above.
