Cava Juvé y Camps Pinot Noir Brut Rosé
Rosé Cava made from Pinot Noir in Penedès and aged for 12 months.
Availability: In stock
Unapologetically young, fresh and vibrant, Juvé y Camps Pinot Noir is a varietal sparkling wine made exclusively from the "free-run" juice of the Pinot Noir grapes coming from the Espiells estate, located in the centre of the Penedès region.
A Mediterranean terroir belonging to the Cava DO and conveniently sheltered from northern climatic inclemencies by the Montserrat mountain, the very heart of Catalonia.
This Spanish Rosé Cava crafted by the Juvé y Camps winery was aged for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar.
Appearance | Juvé y Camps Brut Rosé has a bright, clear rosy colour with steely tinges. |

Nose | This rosé displays fresh notes of cherries and strawberries, some touches of butter and pastry and delicate hints of red flowers. |
Palate | Juvé y Camps Pinot Noir Brut Rosé delights for its little, well-integrated bubble and for its elegant notes of red berries, aromatic herbs and remembrances of butter. Fresh and smooth Spanish sparkling wine, with good acidity and a slightly bitter ending. |
Our personal opinion | Because of its grip and freshness, Juvé y Camps Pinot Noir Brut Rosé pairs well with many dishes, from rice to pasta, from dim sum to shrimp. |
