Juvé y Camps Sweet is one of the latest products created by the respected Juvé y Camps winery, one of the top Cava producers in Spain.
Crafted along the lines of the great French Champagnes, this Cava is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo (47%), Xarel·lo (21%), Parellada (32%), the triad of grapes that best express Penedès' terroir.
Aged in the bottle for 24 months, after its disgorgement the wine was added 50 grams of sugar per litre in order to produce a sweet sparkling wine.
The result is simply irresistible.
Clean, bright, straw yellow colour with golden tinges.
Aromas of ripe peach, medlar and apricot, along with remembrances of flowers, baked apples, orange rind and sugar-coated fruit.
This Spanish sweet cava is pleasant and savoury, with a good acidity that refreshes the palate and balances the sweet element. Creamy notes of honey, almonds and ripe white fruit. Delightful, little bubbles and medium finish.

Juvé y Camps Sweet, besides pairing exceptionally well with desserts, is a surprisingly good companion to strong and creamy cheeses.
