However, following the old tradition of Terra Alta the grapes do not come from separate plots, but coexist in the same vineyard instead.
Thus, the blend is actually made on-site, so to speak. More specifically, the grapes come from two plots with very different characteristics, both located on the outskirts of the town of Corbera d'Ebre.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were traditionally vinified in concrete vats.

The wine L'Abrunet de Frisach Negre has an intense cherry colour with a garnet rim.
In this blend of Grenache and Carignan we find remembrances of red and black fruit, some creamy remembrances and nuances of flowers, earth and a dim minerality.
This organic young red wine produced by Celler Frisach is light and accessible, but not in the least banal. Juicy red fruit, a dash of spices and flowers and some mineral undertones. Very good acidity, ripe tannins and medium, fresh finish.
