The Bodegas López Cristóbal winery produces the wine López Cristóbal Tinto Roble from vineyards located at altitudes around 800 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand, after a traditional vinification this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 3 months in new French oak barrels.
Finally, López Cristóbal Tinto Roble 2018 from Ribera del Duero was aged for a further 3 months in the bottle.
The red wine López Cristóbal Tinto Roble has an intense cherry colour with a violet rim.
This blend of Tempranillo and Merlot has an harmonious nose, with nuances of ripe red fruit, wild berries and undergrowth, plus some earthy remembrances and notes of cinnamon, clove and balsam.
Fresh and medium-bodied this oak red wine from Bodega López Cristóbal has a crisp acidity and a good grip. Spices, menthol, aromatic herbs and red berries. Lively tannins and medium, elegant finish.
