Losada Mágnum 2012 is made from old Mencía vineyars planted on gentle slopes with clayey soils.
They are located in the northern Spanish region of El Bierzo.
After a manual harvest, the grapes were selected, destemmed and gently crushed.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine was aged for 12 months in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels.
This wine of the Bodega Losada Vinos de Finca winery was not filtered before its bottling, so we suggest that you decant it.
Drink this 1.5 litre bottle until 2022.
Medium cherry-coloured robe with a reddish rim.
Strawberries, raspberries, some notes of flowers, spices, leather and toast, and some gentle mineral and earthy remembrances.
Gentle, fresh and exceedingly drinkable. Mild tannins, refreshing acidity and notes of spices, herbs, red berries and balsam. Medium finish.
