Clean, bright yellow colour with a steely hue on the rim.
Aromas of pears and red apples, notes of citrus and pastry and dim nuances of white flowers and aniseed.
Fresh, clean and delicately tart. Smooth mousse and excellent acidity. Aromatic herbs, fruit compote and dry fruit over a creamy background. Medium finish.
