A single varietal Chardonnay, this Spanish white wine comes from vineyards farmed following the guidelines of organic agriculture.
Manuela de Naverán 2015 was produced from vines located in some of the best areas of Penedès.
Produced by Cavas Naveran, the grapes were carefully selected and gently pressed.
After that, the wine was fermented in oak barrels, where it also completed malolactic fermentation.
Finally, the wine was aged for 5-6 months on its lees.
Drink now until 2020.
Bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
Notes of butter, pastry, citrus, tropical fruit and spices, underlined by aromas of dry fruit and English custard.
Silky and palate-coating, with a substantial body and an excellent, refreshing acidity. Notes of citrus, herbs, spices and white fruit. Long, spicy finish.
