Each grape variety was separately vinified. After that, the three base wines o this Cava from Penedès were blended and bottled.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, as prescribed by the Champenoise method. Then, Marta Reserva Brut Nature 2016 was aged for 24 months in the cellar.
This Reserva Brut Nature was added no shipping liquor after its disgorging date, which is printed on the back label.

The Cava Marta Reserva Brut Nature has a clean, bright, straw-yellow colour with golden tinges.
Very fresh, this Cava by Canals Canals suggests some aromas of white pears, apples and orange blossom, as well as notes of fine lees, dry fruit and pastry.
The Cava Marta Reserva has a velvety body, with some nicely integrated bubbles and a creamy texture. Fruit is more intense on the palate, with a distinctive note of apples. The acidity is very good and the finish is long and pleasant.
