As its name states, Martivilli Verdejo is a single varietal Verdejo.
Produced in the DO Rueda, this Spanish white wine is made from vineyards grown at altitudes between 500 and 800 metres above sea level.
Produced by the Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo winery, the grapes were mechanically harvested. Once in the cellar, they were macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Martivilli Verdejo 2018 was filtered and bottled.

The wine Martivilli Verdejo has a bright, straw yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
This young white wine from Rueda smells of tropical fruit, aniseed, bitter herbs and fennel.
This Verdejo by Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo is fresh and savoury. Easy to drink and crisp, with a refreshing acidity and some bitter nuances characteristic of the variety. Medium finish with some remembrances of flowers and ginger.

I don't seem to get tired of this wine, particulary when I'm vacationing in Alicante. Fabulous with tapas.
This white wine is a crisp, pleasantly bitter, lively Verdejo. Great value.
