The new vintage of Mas Donis Rosat by Celler de Capçanes has slightly varied its composition.
The grapes were harvested and separately vinified according to the variety.
First they were macerated for 4 hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this rosé wine from Montsant was aged on its lees for 4 months.

The rosé wine Mas Donis Rosat has a pale rosy colour with some salmon coloured tinges.
This rosé wine by Celler de Capçanes suggests aromas of red flowers, wild berries and Mediterranean underbrush.
Fresh, crisp and zippy, with an excellent acidity and more volume than one would expect. This rosé wine from Montsant remembers of citrus, Mediterranean garrigue and raspberries. Delicious finish.
