The Mascaró winery produced this wine from grapes coming from the province of Tarragona.
The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed. Only the free-run juice was used to produce the wine.
After finishing fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Mascaró Nigrum Brut Reserva was blended and aged for 24 months in the cellar.

Mascaró Nigrum Brut Reserva has a bright, pale yellow colour with some straw-coloured tinges.
This Cava by the Mascaró winery shows aromas of toast and white fruit, intertwined with delicate nuances of bitter herbs, dry fruit and jasmine.
Crisp, linear and dry. Acidity is fresh and lively, and the palate is reminiscent of lime, white flowers and garrigue. Long finish with a leesy, citric aftertaste.
