Made following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic farming, Més Que Paraules Blanc is a Spanish white wine belonging to the Catalunya DO.
Each variety was cold-macerated and gently pressed. Then it was separately vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then Més Que Paraules Blanc 2017 was aged on its lees for 3 months, bottled and aged for a short time before its release.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
The wine Més Que Paraules Blanc has a clean, bright, straw yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
This white wine by the Jaumandreu winery smells of ripe pineapple, passion fruit and citrus, combined with remembrances of balsam, aniseed, spices and white flowers. An organic white wine with a nice aromatic profile.
Mild and toothsome, this blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Picapoll has a medium body and a certain complexity. Subtle notes of fennel and hay, alongside remembrances of lemon, lime, tropical fruit and spices. This wine from Pla de Bages has a long, fruity finish.
|Our personal opinion||
Fresh and flavourful, Més Que Paraules 2017 is a great choice for those who like tropical-style white wines.
