We recommend that you decant it for a minimum of 30 minutes before you drink it.
The wine Pago de Carraovejas Crianza has a medium-high, cherry-coloured robe with a violet rim.
Lush and opulent, this Crianza red wine from Ribera del Duero displays juicy aromas of red berries and black fruit, along with some lactic touches, notes of spices and toast, and some brush-strokes of menthol and balsam. In the background, some oaky remembrances and a note of dry undergrowth.
Smooth and meaty, this Crianza by Pago de Capellanes is nicely textured and sophisticated. Remembrances of mulberries and blackberries, a touch of balsam and spices, and some earthy and floral suggestions. Tannins are ripe and well integrated and finish is long and yummy, leaving endless remembrances of fruit, toast and Asian spices.
