Paso a Paso Orgánico 2013 is an organic red wine crafted by Jorge Ordóñez and marketed under the label Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.
Carefully selected, the grapes were fermented and macerated in tanks.
Finally, the wine was gently aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Clean, bright, intense cherry colour with a purple rim.
Paso a Paso red organic Tempranillo shows intense varietal notes of jammy fruit, subtle floral touches and rich hints of spices. Nice toasted notions on the background.
Smooth and medium-bodied, with notes of fruit wrapped in notions of vanilla, smoke and flowers. Good acidity, ripe tannins and medium, inviting finish.
|Our personal opinion||
Paso a Paso Orgánico 2013 is, above all, a friendly, easy-to-drink red wine.
