This organic and biodynamic red wine is produced in Priorat.
The grapes were manually harvested and separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Then Pinord +7 2010 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Finally, this wine of Bodegas Pinord was aged for a further year before its release.
Drink until 2022.
Decant 1 hour before drinking.
Intense garnet colour with some bluish tinges.
Intense notes of ripe black fruit, spices and balsam, combined with aromas of black pepper and Mediterranean underbrush over a mineral background.
Complex and terroir-orientated, with a first-class acidity, bold tannins and a nice freshness. Long finish with remembrances of wild berries, aromatic herbs and mineral.
