This Spanish white wine is made from low-yielding vines planted between 1960 and 1970 in rocky soils that are located at an altitude of 650 metres above sea level.
Harvested in early September, the three varieties were separately reaped, selected and crushed, after which they were fermented together in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature.
Thus, Tarima Blanco 2017 becomes a fresh, unoaked, aromatic Mediterranean white wine.
Drink this white wine from Alicante over the next 2 years.
The white wine Tarima Blanco has a bright, clean yellow colour with greenish glints.
This young white wine by Bodegas Volver - Jorge Ordóñez exhibits some expressive, honest aromas of white fruit, citrus and a dash of exotic fruit. Some hints of white flowers and subtle mineral undertones.
Fresh and inviting, this Merseguera white wine fills the palate with yummy flavours of white and yellow fruit and seductive notions of flowers. Good acidity and long, slightly bitter finish with some remembrances of green almonds.
