Manually harvested, the grapes were fermented for 10 days with half of the stems in concrete tanks. After that, Una Nit en Globus 2016 was aged for 6 months in the tanks and for another 6 months in the bottle.

The red wine from Montsant Una Nit en Globus has a nice cherry colour with a reddish rim.
Fresh aromas of red berries, nuanced by hints of blackberries and flowers. This red wine by Josep Grau Viticultor also suggests subtle notes of aromatic herbs, spices and earth. The wine breathes freely, and it is vivid and expansive.
Again, fresh and spacious, with plenty of ripe juicy fruit and an excellent, crisp acidity. Mild tannins, enjoyable texture and a nimble passage through the palate. This blend of Grenache, Samsó and Syrah from Montsant has a long finish, with an aftertaste of garrigue and flowers.
