The grapes were carefully harvested and cold-macerated before fermentation.
After that, Valserrano Crianza 2015 was aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.
Finally, it was aged for a further months in vats to further assemble all of its components.
Drink this Crianza red wine from La Rioja until 2024.
The red wine Valserrano Crianza has a medium cherry-coloured robe with a garnet rim.
An expressive blend of Tempranillo and Graciano, carrrying subtle aromas of fine wood, red berries, spices, smoke and some remembrances of bitter cocoa.
Clean, pleasant and straightforward, this wine by Bodega Valserrano has a pleasant acidity and some gentle, ripe tannins. Notes of strawberries, vanilla and balsam, with a medium, balsamic finish.
