The red wine Valserrano Reserva has a medium-high, cherry-coloured robe with a ruby rim.
A deep, mature blend of Tempranillo and Graciano, with some complex, intense notes of leather, toast and black fruit that give way to a display of spices, some lactic touches, balsamic notions and aromas of undergrowth and mineral.
Silky tannins, very good acidity and a great freshness. This Reserva by Valserrano is bold and complex, with the enticing taste of a good old Rioja. Hints of undergrowth, mineral, black fruit, Havanna cigars and spices. Long, creamy finish.

Old-style Rioja, by which I mean that I like it very much.
I enjoyed this wine. Well-structured, toasty and earthy, with smooth, ripe tannins and a nice tang.
