Produced by Emilio Moro, Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a varietal Tinto Fino (aka Tempranillo) wine from Ribera del Duero.
The grapes were harvested at dawn, destemmed and crushed. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Once completed, the grapes were macerated for 12 days and completed malolactic fermentation in the tanks.
Finally, Emilio Moro Finca Resalso 2021 was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
This is a vibrant young red wine from Ribera del Duero.
