Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, the wine Herència Altés Cupatge comes from the village of Batea, in DO Terra Alta, southern Catalonia.
Harvested by hand, the certified organic grapes were separately vinified according to the variety. First, this Spanish red wine was fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this vegan red wine went though malolactic fermentation in Austrian oak vats. Once the process was completed, the red wine Herència Altés Cupatge 2024 was aged in the vats for 4 months.
Finally, this red wine from Terra Alta from bodega Herència Altés was clarified and filtered before its bottling.
