Made from estate-owned vineyards located in the southwestern area of DO Navarra, the wine Inurrieta Coral Rosado is a blend of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.
After obtaining the free-run juice, this Spanish rosé wine was cold-macerated for 2-4 hours and subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days under controlled temperature.
Then the rosé wine Inurrieta Coral Rosado 2023 was aged on lees for 3 months in wooden vats before bottling.
Savoury and smooth, this rosé wine from Navarra produced by Bodegas Inurrieta pairs particularly well with Chinese and Thai cuisine.
