This interesting Spanish white wine is produced by the young and upcoming Galician winemaker Eduardo Peña.
Made from Treixadura, Loureira and Albariño, the white wine Maria Andrea was sourced from 7 hectares of vineyards situated on the banks of the Miño river, in DO Ribeiro.
After a careful selection of the grapes, they were separately cold-macerated with carbonic snow. Then, this young white wine was fermented with its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine Maria Andrea 2023 was aged on its lees for some weeks before bottling.
