The Adegas Valmiñor winery presents the new vintage of the wine Albariño Valmiñor.
This interesting Spanish white wine from DO Rías Baixas is produced from 20 to 40-year-old Albariño vines planted on hills with rocky soils.
Harvested at dusk, the grapes were selected at the vineyard, brought to the cellar, destemmed and cold-soaked for 6 hours. Gently crushed, the wine must of this white wine from Rías Baixas was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Stabilized and filtered, the wine Albariño Valmiñor 2024 was bottled and smoothed for 30 days in the cellar before its commercial release.
